Then in a new window for confirmation of your solution once again click on the word "Further". In the message where contains about the notification on the sent letter with the link for removal of the questionnaire, click again "Further".
4. Come into the mailbox and open the letter with heading "Mamba: removal confirmation". Click on the link which is contained in the text. If for some reason transition did not turn out, then copy the address, insert into the top line (where you enter the addresses of the websites) your browser and click the ENTER key.
5. After click-through check that in a new window in passwords of a form your login and the code from the Sms were entered. Press the Delete the Account button. Wait for emergence of the message that your questionnaire has the remote status, and letters with heading "Mamba: the status of your questionnaire - it is deleted". These notifications will be confirmations of successfully executed operation.
6. Do not respond to letters on a possibility of recovery of your questionnaire which will periodically come to your mail within 30 days. If all of you want to recover the data, just follow the link which will be in each of these messages.
