2. If all of you decided to disconnect the Internet from MGTS completely, call by landline phone number (495) 636-06-36. Tell the operator that you decided to terminate the contract, call the passport data and wait for the notification that the service is not provided to you any more. Make sure that this is true.
3. Disconnect a splitter and the modem from a telephone network. Connect telephone sets to the line directly. Follow at the same time safety rules as at an incoming call in the line the high voltage appears. Remove all cables which were laid from the modem to computers. If the modem is the property of MGTS and is rented by you, hand over it (for this purpose to you there can arrive the telephone master). If desired sell the modem which is your property.
