1. Call Stream technical support service. Following instructions of the answering machine, transfer phone to the tone mode and contact the specialist in technical support. Tell it that you want to refuse the Internet provided by them and ask whether you should hand over any equipment. If the modem was leased, it will need to be returned. Switch-off all equipment specified by the specialist and prepare it for transportation.
2. Specify at the technical support specialist where there is the next to you office of MTS. If you want to learn independently the addresses of salons, visit the official site of MTS. Learn working hours of the office interesting you: some of them work till 20:00.
3. Going to office of MTS, take the leased equipment and the passport. The person who signed it should terminate the contract with Stream. If the Internet is registered not on your name, you for nothing will spend the time. When you come to salon, ask any seller whom to you to contact to terminate the contract and to disconnect the Stream. Following advice of the manager, write the application for the termination of cooperation and specify the reasons for which you decided to refuse this provider. Sign all necessary documents.
