Instruction
1. At first buy the suitable router (if you still did not make it). Pay attention to types of transfer of a radio signal and types of safety with which this equipment works.
2. Extract Wi-Fi the router from packaging and turn on the device, previously having connected it to the power supply network. Find in the device a WAN link (DSL, Internet) and connect to it an Internet connection cable.
3. In turn, connect all desktop computers to Ethernet links (LAN). Include one of them. Open the instruction to Wi-Fi to the router. Find in it value of the initial IP address.
4. Enter this value into an address bar of the browser, previously having registered http:// characters. In a window of the browser the web interface of settings of the equipment will open.
5. First of all it is necessary to configure connection with the Internet. Open the Internet Setup Settings menu (setup of network). Change values of certain paragraphs of this menu, being guided by the recommendations of specialists of your provider.
6. Save settings and reboot the equipment. Make sure that connection with the server is established. Now pass to creation of a wireless network.
7. Open the Wireless Setup Settings menu (wireless network setup). Think up and enter a name and the password of this access point. Select the type of safety and type of radio corresponding to parameters of laptops.
8. Save settings. Reboot the device. Connect laptops to the created network. If you included the DHCP function at Internet connection setup, it is not required to change parameters of network adapters.
