ICQ – popular service for communication on-line. Each user of service has own unique number. To get an ICQ number free of charge, you just need to register on the website.

Instruction
1. Visit ICQ website.
2. Find the Registration button in the upper right corner of the screen, click it.
3. You passed into the menu of registration. Surely fill everything fields – enter the name and a surname, the floor, the E-mail address, the password (and once again, for confirmation), date of birth. Then enter the digits represented on the picture into a window under it and click to a knot "Register" in the lower part of the screen.
4. The message with the link for confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Therefore open a mailbox which you specified at registration. Find in it the letter from ICQ Account Service, follow the link specified in it.
5. Registration is complete. To come into ICQ, you need to open the program, in the Number ICQ/e-mail window to write the e-mail address which you specified at registration, in the Password window to enter the password specified at registration. Then to click "Enter". Now you can add friends to the contact list, edit personal data in a special menu item. In the same menu item you can see the number ICQ which you can tell everyone to add you to itself.
