For the popular game GTA 4 there is a large number of different modifications and scripts. Their installation is made by means of special applications for work with files of a game. For setup of different scripts different programs are used.
Instruction
1. Download the necessary script or modification for a game. After that unpack archive of addition and study the Readme file. Usually the name of the program by means of which it is necessary to make its installation is specified in it.
2. Install the program specified in Readme. If is written to use Asi Loader, load this program from the Internet and move dsound.dll to the folder with game C: / Program Files/GTA 4 – there where there is a LaunchGTAIV.exe file. Confirm the procedure of replacement of the initial document. After that copy the files of a script having the .asi extension in the folder with a game, and then start it.
3. For program installation of XLiveLess download it from the Internet and unpack by means of WinRAR. After that move the xlive.dll file to GTA4 folder. After that create a directory of plugins and copy files of the necessary modification in the created directory. This program can work with the modes having the .dll and .asi extension.
4. After the XLiveLess or Asi Loader installation you can also install the GTA IV .Net Script Hook application. For this purpose download archive of the utility from the Internet and unpack its contents in the folder with a game. After carrying out operation you will be able to place all files of scripts for this application in scripts directory.
5. For spendthrifts with the .lua format the Alice application is used. Load it from the website of the developer and extract in any folder. After that transfer contents of the received Copy directory to the GTA IV directory. After that copy all files with the .lua extension in the Alice folder.
