It is interesting to much how it is possible to learn the password from a wireless network. The password is necessary to connect new devices to network, but how to be if it was forgotten? There are several easy step-by-step ways which allow to learn the password from a wireless network.
Router
The router has the unique IP address located on the label from a bottom side of the device. Most often it is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.0. The address also registers in the instruction to the device. If the PC or the laptop are connected to the router, then it is necessary to enter the IP address in the browser and if is not present – that at first to connect the device by means of the network cable.
Then there will be a page with an entrance to settings of the router where it is necessary to enter the login and the access code. Standardly it is admin and admin. Then there will be settings of the router, and visually the page can look differently (depends on model), but there is always such section as "protection of wireless connection". Just there the password also is.
Council: if you do not know the password from an entrance to settings of the router, then it is enough to clamp the Reset button for 10 seconds. For this purpose it is necessary to use a needle as the button is in the device. However, after that it is necessary to do settings from scratch.
Windows
The password can also be calculated also via the operating system. There are two methods
The first method:
- Guide a mouse at network (the icon is on the right from below, near hours) and to press the right button of a computer mouse. There will be a context menu;
- Click the Properties point, and further – "Properties of network";
- In a new window there will be a Safety point where there will be encrypted characters. For display of the password of network it is necessary to click on "Display signs".
The second method:
- Come in "Control center of networks" (is in the control panel;
- At the left to select "Management of networks";
- Select network and come into its properties;
- Further it is necessary to arrive as in the first option.
These easy ways will help or to learn the password, or will give the chance to change it.
