Proxy servers are necessary for implementation of connection to the Internet via a certain computer or the router. Sometimes they are used in situations when it is necessary to connect to a certain resource, using the imaginary IP addresses.

- Program 3proxy.
Instruction
1. Usually proxy servers are created and configured by means of special utilities. Download program 3proxy and install it to yourself on the computer. Now find file 3proxy.cfg in the unpacked archive. You will perform the main work with it. Open this file by means of the Notepad or WordPad program (it is possible to use other available text editor).
2. You should have a computer connected to the Internet and the network hub. It is necessary to connect other PCs which should get access to network to the last device. Return to your ""config"" and enter into it the internal IP address of the network adapter connected to the hub. For this purpose register the line internal 192.168.0.1.
3. Specify the external IP address given you by provider. You can look at it, having clicked "Data" in the menu of connection with the Internet. Enter the external 200.180.151.121 command. Digits mean the required IP address.
4. If you know the addresses of DNS servers which are used by your provider, then enter their values into the file. These data can be found in the above menu. The command will look so: nserver 223.163.101.15. After that enter the ncashe command and put opposite to it rather large number representing digit 2 degree.
5. Now enter the IP addresses of computers which should get Internet access. They need to be entered through a comma, having registered previously the allow command. Save changes in the file and start the program. Remember that to you can be required to replace some parameters. If you are given other IP address, then enter new value, having replaced the line external 200.180.151.121. Use the internal IP addresses differing only in the last segment. It will accelerate data processing by the program.
