Service Pack - the standard name for a service pack and corrections of a certain program or operating system. The Windows corporation distributes such packages for reliability augmentation and safety and improvement of compatibility of the products for free. Independent creation of Service Pack will demand use of the additional software.

Instruction
1. Load and install the customized application of WUTool which is the additional utility of the system Windows Update tool on the computer. As Windows Update does not assume saving the installed updates on a local disk, need of reinstallation of a system every time turns into need of repeated installation of all Service pack. The WUTool application creates the special folder on the hard drive of the computer where all installed system updates are saved, and allows to control installation process visually. In addition, there is an option of scanning of a system, definition and display of all existing updates.
2. Use the specialized WinLocalUpdate program which is freely distributed in the Internet intended for creation of archive of all installed updates. The application is capable to define the absent updates and to install only them. It is also possible to carry three ways of installation of the saved updates from archive to advantages of the program:
- background;
- car;
- manually
and lack of need of installation.
3. In a situation when any program requires the obligatory Service Pack 3 installation, and loading cannot be carried out, use a possibility of change of records of the system registry for the solution of this problem. Open the main system menu, having clicked "Start-up" and pass into a dialog "Execute".
4. Enter regedit value to the line "Open" and confirm start of the utility of the editor of the register, having pressed the OK button. Open a branch
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows
also change value of the CSDVersion parameter from 200 to 300.
5. Complete the work of the Editor of the Register tool and reboot a system for application of the made changes.
