Instruction
1. Establish connection about the Internet, using the available type of "land" communication – mobile or stationary phone, the DSL line, the USB modem.
2. Having used Internet access, collect necessary data on satellite providers. Select from them that which services you can and you wish to use – considering the coverage map of the transponder (the area in which you live, should be in a signal area of coverage). Check whether surrounding buildings and trees will interfere with reception of a signal from the satellite.
3. Write characteristics of a signal of the selected satellite (character speed, polarization, frequency, FEC coefficient). Specify parameters of the necessary satellite equipment – the antenna size, converter type. The last is determined by signal frequency, the antenna size – by the coverage map.
4. Buy the necessary satellite equipment: DVB card, satellite antenna, antenna cable, converter, connectors.
Install the DVB card in the computer, install software for it, start the program tuning and enter into it signal parameters.
5. Download and install the program for setup of Satellite Antenna Alignment (SAA) satellite antennas on the computer. Enter into it parameters of the satellite and coordinate of your area. Write the parameters of orientation of the antenna given in reply by the program – a slope angle and an azimuth.
6. Install the satellite antenna in the place which is available for a signal from the satellite. Fix the converter in the bracket and connect it a cable to the DVB card. Having used data of the SAA program, orient the antenna on the satellite. Exact orientation is carried out on the basis of the parameters of a signal fixed by the program tuning of the DVB card. Achieve that force and signal quality were maximum.
7. Subscribe on services of the selected provider. For this purpose register on its website and come into the personal account. Select a rate and one of the offered ways of connection to the Internet. Enter the DVB card MAK address into the corresponding form. Download the necessary software and data (The IP addresses and PID-y).
According to available the instruction install the software for the selected way of connection and configure the program tuning of the DVB card, having entered into it the required data (the IP addresses, PID-y).
8. Make an advance payment for Internet services any of the ways offered on the website. At successful passing of payment the transferred amount will be reflected in a personal account, and access to the satellite Internet from this point will become possible.
