The need for the external IP address can appear when downloading information from the server controlling loadings and connections from one address. To bypass it, it is possible to use the special proxy server.
Instruction
1. Make several settings to completely change the IP address and to make it external. Open the browser and enter in the search string "proxy server". Do not expect that at once you will find the proxy server rendering free services. Most often these services are paid. Select that option which suits you.
2. Select on the Internet the intermediary server. For example, the website http://proxy-besplatno.com/ has the list of different western proxy servers. Look at fields of the table: they contain necessary parameters. The list is replenished every day. Browse all proxies and select the fastest.
3. Open settings of your browser. In the Opera application it is the Preferences point on the left side of a window find the Network point in the section Settings and left-click on it. In the top part of a window select Proxy Servers. Depending on the version and also vendor of the browser menu items can look a little in a different way.
4. Fill necessary fields in a window, using data of the selected proxy server. For a server name the digits separated by points into four blocks are used. Also you need port of the proxy server. Click OK and leave settings. Do not expect that everything will turn out from the first as many providers limit access to different proxies. Make sure that connection to the Internet is established properly. In case of lack of access you should select other, working proxy server.
5. Use also the proxy server to bypass restrictions of the websites on the country from which the request of the user is made. On some websites it is impossible to download files if your computer is not in a certain region. Thus, use of the proxy server is one of the easiest ways of receiving the external IP address.
