QIP – one of the programs supporting communication through the ICQ profile. This program allows to send not only text information, but also different files and folders with documents or multimedia folders.
Instruction
1. An avatar – the photo of a profile in ICQ or on social networks. Perhaps, each active user of similar Internet resources wants to emphasize the identity, having put the photo or other image suitable to his personality or an emotional status on an avatar. Kvip allows to change pictures on an avatar, and, unlike many social networks, it is not obligatory to put on yuzerpik the photo.
2. In just set Kvipa program by default on a user profile instead of an avatar the QIP program logo is highlighted. You can load any image from your computer, having made the account bright and remarkable. At the same time and, perhaps, the size and a format of the loaded picture will be the only condition important: it should not exceed 32 KB. Also the choice of filename extension is limited. Kvip supports pictures with the .gif, .jpg, .png or .bmp extension. In general the maximum allowed image size - 64х64 pixels as pictures in Kvip and other programs of ICQ are shown very small for the purpose of reduction of the consumed traffic.
3. Be authorized in the Kvip program and open its main window – in which your contact list is shown. In the lower part of an open window press the Main menu button. In the opened list of functions select "Show/change my data". The program will open information of your profile available to users whom you authorized.
4. Before you the pop-up window "Information on contact" where among other data your current avatar (or just the QIP logo is shown should open if you did not load the image yet). Look in the lower left corner of the opened window. There is a button in the form of the folder. Click it to select path to the loaded photo: a local disk and the folder in which there is an image necessary to you. Having found the file which you want to put on an avatar in Kvip, select it with the left mouse button and press the Open button.
5. Now the system will open a settings window of your Kvip profile, and on the homepage you will see the loaded avatar. To save it for this account and to make available for viewing by other users, click "Save" and "OK". now the settings window can be closed.
