Instruction
1. At first build own local area network. It can be done by means of the network hub. Connect this device to the alternating current main and install it in the available place. Remember that operation of the hub requires permanent connection of this device to the power supply network.
2. Connect desktop computers to Ethernet (LAN) connectors of the network hub. For implementation of this connection you will need in advance prepared network cables with connectors on both ends.
3. Now connect to the MFP computer or the printer. Configure settings of the new device. Surely specify degree of its availability to other users. It can be free access or password protection of the printer.
4. Not to execute search of this printer after each reset of the computer to which it is connected perform tuning of this PC. Open the list of active connections to network.
5. Select the network adapter connected to the hub. Click its icon with the right mouse button and select the Properties item. Now open parameters of the internet protocol TCP/IP. Select a checkbox opposite to the Use the Following IP Address parameter.
6. Set IP addresses value of this network adapter. If this computer should get Internet access through the router or other server, then register the IP address of these of the necessary device to the Main Gateway and The Preferred DNS Server fields. Save parameters of the configured menu, having clicked "Ok".
7. Carry out similar setup of network adapters of other computers of your network. Consider that it is necessary to set every time new IP addresses value. To avoid the problems connected with access to the network printer recommend to change only the fourth segment of the IP address field, i.e. the general scheme of the IP addresses will look so: 156.134.126. X.
