In spite of the fact that mail services offer high degree of protection of the user accounts very few people can brag of the fact that its mailbox was never cracked. Quite often users provoke it, negligently treating the password. It is enough to open once a mailbox on someone else's computer and to forget to close the account to endanger safety of the box. Instruction
1. Open the mail account by means of the login and the password. Find function of settings in the opened window and activate it. In different services it can carry the following names: "Settings", "Replace settings", "Change of settings". As a rule, this button is in the top or lower menu of a mail service.
2. Find a tab of change of the password. In its mail services are called differently: "Password" or "Change the password". The procedure of change of the password on all mail portals is approximately identical. It is as follows: the user should enter the old password, and then enter new. Most often the system asks to duplicate the new password and also to undergo the procedure of protection against robots.
3. Study requirements imposed to the password. This information is usually specified under a band of input of the new password at once. In other cases the system gives the reference to the page containing these requirements. As a rule, these conditions are as follows: the password should be written by Latin, use of numbers is allowed. Punctuation marks, spaces and special characters are usually prohibited for use in passwords.
4. Think up the new password and enter it in the respective field under which the band of reliability of the entered word, as a rule, is located. This function allows to automatically determine code safety degree. Some mail services possess function of hints which can use if it is not possible to think up the reliable password independently. One more important function which equipped not all mailboxes is an opportunity to see the entered password. In other words, during the first input of the code the user can see not faceless signs, but letters. So, it is simpler not to be mistaken during duplication of the code. After all fields of the procedure of change of the password are entered, click "Save" which in a number of services carries the name "Replace". At the following entrance to a mailbox, the system will request already new password.
