It is possible to restore archives of correspondence in the most part of messengers according to one script – by means of viewing dens of users. However on mail.ru there is an ad convenient hoc method of storage of correspondence considerably simplifying this procedure.
Instruction
1. Start viewing history of messages of mail agent by means of a context menu of contact necessary for you. Come on the Message archive tab. In case of removal of all data from history you will be able to restore by means of your mailbox. This function appeared in the list of services of a resource only recently therefore restore all archive of correspondence from the very beginning it can't turn out. If it is required, perform update of your version of "Agent".
2. Come into your mailbox by means of which you make an input in "Agent". In the list of the received letters you will find out those in which subjects there is a mark of "Agent". Pay attention that some versions of the program have function of sending messages for any mailbox. It is possible to include it in settings of the program in the menu of incoming messages.
3. View application logs on the computer. Many clients for message exchange store history on the hard drive, and mail agent also does not become an exception. For viewing include a display mode on the computer of the hidden files and folders. It is possible to make it in "Control panel", having selected "Properties of the folder" and "Display the hidden files and folders". Open the folder with program logs and read them by means of a notepad.
4. Do not forget to make backup copies of such data in the separate text file. This document sometimes is removed after cleaning of history of messages, however some versions leave it in original form. Such files are in the Application Data folder in the menu of the user on a local disk of the operating system. After opening of the folder, perhaps, you will need to open also Roaming and MRA, but everything depends on custom settings and the program version. It is necessary to configure surely visibility of folders, otherwise the directory and its contents will be unavailable to viewing.
