If you rather often download files from the Internet or at your provider the connection with a wide area network often breaks, then in that case it is more optimum to you to use a download manager. The download manager represents the program for loading of files from the Internet (and from a local area network), with expanded functionality. Copy the link in a clipboard. Further open the interrupted downloading in a download manager. Insert the copied link into the Properties menu. Downloading will begin with that place where it was interrupted.
