Instruction

1. Open an email client.

Find in it point of creation of the new letter. For example, in Microsoft Exchange for this purpose it is necessary to click Compose in the menu and further to click New Message, or to open a window of the new letter with the Ctrl+N keyboard shortcut.

2. In the field to "Whom" enter the addressee's mail, for example This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If the letter should be sent to several addressees at once, write all addresses through a comma.

3. In all programs for work with e-mail there are convenient and functional address books — use them not to enter every time again the e-mail addresses which you often use. Open the address book of the program and enter in it the list of the necessary postal addresses with names of their owners. Subsequently during creation of the letter you can select the necessary e-mail from the address book at once.

4. Enter the text of the letter in the main field, attach necessary files, format the text of the letter. In the field with a subject (Subject) specify a letter subject — without subject the letter will not be noticeable in a mailbox of the addressee.

5. After the letter is ready, click "Send" or Send.

The letter will be sent, and then you can check existence of new letters for you on the e-mail server by means of the Check Mail button.

6. Do not forget to check whether your letter went — at an opportunity, demand the delivery receipt when sending.
