How to send the letter in the attached file

Sending an e-mail in the form of the attached file - simple operation. In certain cases it is preferable to send the electronic message the attached file. Instruction

3. Give a command to create (to write) the letter, having clicked the corresponding link in the interface of mail or the button of an email client.

4. Give a command to enclose (to insert, attach) the file (in the English option different derivative of attach),  by means of the cursor specify path to the file in the opened window, you will select it and give a command to enclose to it letter. Wait for loading of the file.

5. In a body of the letter it is desirable to place the small text. For example: "Hello! I send you the attached file such document. Yours faithfully, signature".

6. Formulate a letter subject, proceeding from sense or the title of document which you send the attached file, and type this text in the field intended for a subject.

7. Insert the e-mail address of the sender into the respective field.

8. Check whether all inserted that wanted and whether there are no errors in a subject and the text in a letter body. If everything is all right, click on the corresponding link or the button give a command for sending.
