The most widespread mode of work with an electronic mailbox is use of the web interface. With its help it is possible to carry out all main operations with messages, including their sending.

Instruction

1. Pass to the official page of the server on which your electronic mailbox is located. Be not mistaken in writing of its URL not to get on a fraudulent website and not to enter data of the account into it.

2. If you wish to respond to someone's message, pass into the folder with it, open it. Then or enter the text into a form of prompt reply, and then click "Send", or follow the link "Answer" or "The Deployed Answer" (depending on what server you use). Enter the text, correct if desired heading, attach files, and only then click "Send".

3. To make the new message, follow the link having the name "New Message", "Write the Letter" or similar. In the field to "Whom" enter a destination address (be not mistaken at its input), in the field "Heading" or "Subject" - the short description of the message of one phrase (for example, "The pivot table of progress of staff of the plant"), and in the large field bearing the name "Message Body" or similar - the text of your message. If necessary attach files to the message, and then click "Send".

4. You make attachment of files so. Click "Select" or "Overview". In the opened window select the folder with files, and in it - the desirable file. Click "Ok". In the presence of the Attach button click it. If it is required to attach still the file, and the new button "Select" or "Overview" is absent, follow the link "Attach Still Files" or similar. Repeat these actions until are attached all desirable files. Sending several files can be facilitated at once, previously having integrated them in one archive. Before the choice of its format learn from the addressee what it has an archiver.

5. Having sent the message, pass into the Sent or Outgoing folder. Make sure that it there is available now, and all files are attached to it. Then pass into the Entering folder and check whether there is no error message of delivery there. The same way check also the Spam folder. If the error message came, read it and you learn why the message did not reach. If it happened from overflow of a box of the addressee, contact it in a different way and ask it to make room, or write to it to other address. If the letter did not reach because you incorrectly gathered the address, repeat sending, this time without making in the address of mistakes.
