Instruction
1. One of the most widespread ways of transfer of the archived files consists in their attachment to the letter of e-mail. To send information in such a way, include an email client and create in it the new message, having pressed the Create button.
2. Insert into the field "Coma" a destination address. You can enter it from the keyboard or copy and insert the necessary combination of signs from the text document. Specify a letter subject in the respective field and enter if it is necessary, the accompanying text into a message body.
3. The Add the File button attach archive to the message. As soon as the name of the inserted file appeared "Enclose" in the field, can send the letter clicking the Send button.
4. In the similar way it is possible to send archive, having created the message on the website of a mail service which you use. Open the page of this Internet resource in the browser and log in the account, having entered the login and the password in the fields of a form for an input. Among available paragraphs of the main menu select "Mail". For creation of the new message click the Write button, and for attachment of archive use the Files button or the option "Attach the File".
5. If the archive which you are going to send exceeds the size of the attachment possible for users of a mail service, can unpack it and create from files new multivolume archive by means of the WinRAR program. For this purpose open a context menu, having clicked on a file icon, and select the option "Extract Files".
6. Having unpacked archive, open a context menu, having clicked on the folder with files, and open a settings window the option "Add to Archive". In the Separate into Volumes field specify the size of separate volume or select one of the existing options. The segmented archive can be sent in several e-mail messages.
7. For transfer of archives of the big size it is more reasonable to use file exchange resources. Open the page of filedropper.com, dropsend.com, sendspace.com or transferbigfiles.com service in the browser, click the Browse button, Add files or Upload files and select archive which you are going to give.
8. If in the form for loading of the file there is an Add Recipients, From or "Komu" field, specify in it the e-mail address to which the link for downloading of archive will go. The resources giving such opportunity, as a rule, suggest to send the small text message together with the link. Enter this text in the Message field.
9. Wait for the end of loading of archive. If the service which you used does not send notifications to the e-mail address, copy the generated link for downloading and send it to the recipient of archive, having inserted into a body of the e-mail message.
