3 fasting days – it is easy

The advantage of fasting days is huge. Even if the weight of the person is normal, such days are necessary. During this period all human body begins to work in the sparing mode.

2. Cottage cheese day. At consumption of cottage cheese the feeling of saturation remains for a long time. It is the maximum feed to an organism, rich with calcium, minerals and, of course, proteins. There are several options:

  • Cottage cheese and fruit, for example apples (0.5 kg of cottage cheese and 2 green apples).
  • Cottage cheese and sour cream (700 g and 50 гр. sour creams).
  • Cottage cheese and berries (650 гр. and 1 glass of berries).
  • Cottage cheese and meat (500 гр. TV. and 250 гр. low-fat meat).

3. The combined fasting day. It is very nourishing day. It will be possible to use cheese, coffee, sugar, soft-boiled eggs, low-fat cottage cheese.

  • In the morning – 100 гр. cheese and a glass of coffee with sugar.
  • During the lunchtime 2 eggs and coffee, with sugar or without as you want.
  • For dinner 200 гр. cottage cheese.

During fasting days don't forget to drink teas or broths so much how many you want. The light fitness will also not prevent.

Before fasting day the light dinner is allowed, it is necessary to enter fasting day correctly. An exit isn't less important. It will be possible to have breakfast a vegetable soup.
