Instruction

1. First of all it is necessary to prepare apricots correctly. For this purpose they will be required to be washed up, cleaned carefully from stones and a skin, and then to cut on small pieces. Thanks to juicy pulp, sauce will turn out quite dense and it will be convenient to be added to various chicken dishes.

2. For further preparation it is the best of all to choose a superficial pan with a thick bottom and walls. It is necessary to place fruit in it, then to add sugar and salt (approximately on 1 teaspoon, more exact proportions depend on taste). And then - to pour in 150 milliliters of boiled warm water.

3. As soon as weight begins to boil, it is necessary to lower fire and to leave future sauce on slow fire still approximately for 20 minutes. As a result it will become dense as jam.

4. While weight cooks, in separate capacity garlic and the chosen greens is crushed. For example, parsley and basil. Further spicy mix is added to apricots and sauce is cooked 10-12 more minutes. Right at the end it is necessary to turn weight into uniform puree by means of the blender.
