It is required to you

  • Main ingredients:
  • - eggplants,
  • - flour,
  • - sunflower oil,
  • - salt.
  • Ingredients for sauce:
  • - garlic,
  • - mayonnaise.
  • Additional ingredients:
  • - tomatoes,
  • - cilantro.

Instruction

1. We cut an eggplant circles, a little obliquely that pieces were more is possible. Approximate thickness - up to 1 cm. It is better not to husk, otherwise the product when frying to turn into puree.

2. That the eggplant didn't taste bitter (and it tastes bitter because of contents corned beef), we presoak pieces in salty water for 20 minutes.

3. We warm a frying pan on weak fire, we pour vegetable oil.

4. We roll pieces of an eggplant in flour and salt, we spread on a frying pan and we fry before formation of a crust on both sides.
