Baked potatoes – the dish loved by all which is cooked in usual week-days. But baked potato with ease can turn into a festive delicacy if to fill it with interesting and unexpected filler.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes in a peel of the average size – 12 pieces;

For meat filler:

  • Sour cream – 200 g;
  • Smoked meat – 60 g;
  • Horse-radish – 20 g.

For shrimp filler:

  • Mayonnaise – 150 g;
  • Shrimps – 200 g;
  • Fennel bunch.

For herring filler:

  • Sour cream – 100 g;
  • Herring – 200 g;
  • Onions – 1 piece.

Preparation:

  • Warm an oven to 220 degrees. Wash out potatoes. Puncture with a fork a peel that potatoes didn't blow up in preparation time in an oven. Lay potatoes on a baking tray, put it on the lower part of an oven. Bake 45-60 minutes, duration depends on the size of potatoes.
