This tasty meat snack – the best idea for a holiday table. It is so simple to make house boiled pork that even the person, far from cookery, will cope. And then this dish can become a full-fledged alternative to store meat delicacies.
It is required to you
- - pork – 1 kg;
- - garlic – 1 head;
- - a black sprinkling pepper – 0.5 teaspoons;
- - spicy chili powder – 0.5 teaspoons;
- - a basil – 1 teaspoon.
- - salt – 1 teaspoon.
1. Traditionally for boiled pork pork is used. You shouldn't delete fat layers from it – if something happens, it will be possible to get rid of them after preparation. Fat will make boiled pork of more juicy. It is also possible to use also other meat without bones.
2. We sort a head of garlic on cloves, we clean. We cut a half of cloves longitudinal plates 2-3 mm thick – about 20 segments have to turn out. We crush the second half, we mix with salt and the spices pounded in a mortar. Spices for boiled pork are selected to taste. Also chili powder is surely used only black. It is possible to add to it: the crushed bay leaf, caraway seeds, paprika, fennel. We roll the cut segments of garlic in mix of salt and spices.
3. We wash pork with cold water and completely we dry. We do small cuts by a knife and we press into them pieces of the garlic which is rolled in in spices. The remained spices densely covered all steak – so that garlic segments didn't drop out. We put pork in densely closed ware and we put in the fridge for 12 hours.
4. After extraction from the fridge it is necessary to take meat about an hour at the room temperature. Further we wrap it in a double layer of a foil. It is necessary to pack as much as possible hermetically that the juice emitted when frying didn't flow and I didn't evaporate.
5. We put meat in a foil on a baking tray and we put in an oven. We include it by 120 degrees, and through 10 after warming up - on 180. At such temperature we bake 1.5-2 hours. It is periodically possible to water a little water that meat didn't burn on a baking tray. Then carefully we open a foil (so that juice didn't flow). We bake 15 more minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees that boiled pork got an appetizing crust.
6. We cool ready boiled pork at the room temperature, and then we send to the fridge for 12 hours.
