Very tasty and nourishing casserole. Won't take a lot of time in preparation, will give pleasure to you and your members of household.

Our casserole consists from a simple set of products: - 2-3 glasses of milk; - manna grain half-glass; - 2/3 glasses of sugar; - 3 apples; - 3 eggs; - 60 g of a desi; - 2 tablespoons of crackers (breading or ground); - it is a little salt; - vanillin bag. We start preparation. So, cook thick semolina porridge on milk, add some salt. Wash apples, peel, slice thin. Pound vitelluses with sugar and the softened oil, connect to porridge and hammer egg whites into weight. We oil a mold for roasting and we sprinkle with crackers. We fill with a half of semolina porridge a form, from above we spread apples (I did a leg-base crabmeat), and then still a porridge layer. From above we sugar and we bake in an oven. Strew with vanillin. Enjoy your meal!
