Chicken breasts in Italian

The recipe of chicken breasts with fragrant Italian herbs. The classical Pesto sauce supplements a dish.

It is required to you

  • - chicken breasts — 500 гр.;
  • - the Pesto sauce (red) — 100 гр.;
  • - cheese - 100 гр.;
  • - Italian herbs (dry);
  • - olive oil;
  • - lemon juice;
  • - spices.

Instruction

1. We cut chicken breasts on thin plates. We beat off and rub them with marinade from mix of olive oil, lemon juice, the Italian herbs, salt and pepper. We leave meat to be pickled for 5-10 minutes. We fry from two parties in a frying pan until ready.

2. We grate cheese and we prepare red Pesto (ready can buy sauce in shop). For this purpose we fry the fresh tomatoes cut in cubes (6-8 pieces) in a frying pan. When they reach a soft state, we add to them a grated cheese (about 150 гр.), small cut garlic and a basil, the pounded pine nuts, balsam vinegar (1 spoon).

3. We apply the Pesto sauce on chicken and we strew it with cheese. We put for 1-2 minutes in the microwave (cheese won't melt yet).
