To bake semolina pie according to this recipe, it is necessary to take: - 1 kg of apricots; - 50 g of margarine; - 100 g of granulated sugar; - salt; - 3 eggs; - 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese; - 150 ml of yogurt; - 2 lemons; - 75 g of semolina; - 2 tsps of baking powder; - 40 g of ground almonds; - icing sugar. If desired apricots can be replaced with other fresh or tinned fruit (peaches, plums). Room temperature mix margarine with the granulated sugar, a salt pinch, eggs wiped through a sieve with cottage cheese, yogurt and a grated lemon dried peel. Mix semolina with baking powder and connect to other ingredients. Add small cut apricots and carefully mix everything. Grease a split mold with a diameter about 26 centimeters with fat, strew with 1 teaspoon of ground almonds, lay out in it curds and level. From above strew with the remained almonds and icing sugar. Bake fruit and cottage cheese pie at a temperature of 180 wasps about 60 minutes.
