Gypsum cardboard represents the certain construction material created in the form of leaf which consists of several layers (as a rule, two) base felt and also the core from the hardened layer of the plaster test with fillers. Gypsum cardboard intends for the device of partitions, ceilings, coverings in buildings with the standard and dry damp duty. Standard width of leaf is the size equal to 120 cm.
Instruction
1. Several different types of plaster panels which are possible for distinguishing from each other on their characteristics are made: gypsum plasterboard, moisture resistant leaf and fire-resistant leaf. It is necessary to notice that externally gypsum plasterboard and gypsum moisture resistant plasterboard can be distinguished rather easily on coloring of cardboard (external) surface: normal sheets become covered with gray cardboard, and moisture resistant - green. It is the international standard for each producer.
2. Obviously from their names that these types of "gypsum plaster" intend for finishing of various types of rooms. Normal gypsum plasterboard is used for production of internal partitions and false ceilings. Also, it is applied to plaster of walls in premises.
3. As a part of moisture resistant leaf special additives which reduce absorption by moisture material contain. In turn, the cardboard covering of such leaf undergoes special processing which reduces possibility of education inside and on surface of covering of fungi, mold and increases moisture resistance of material. This type of the plasterboard panel is the advanced construction material which is used in finishing of rooms with moist climate, such as: toilets, kitchens and bathrooms.
4. Fire-resistant gypsum plasterboard is irreplaceable at construction of any internal partitions, covering of walls in utility rooms and also industrial, uninhabited buildings and constructions.
5. The combined plasterboard panel possesses in the structure layer of effective heater and is gypsum plasterboard with the pasted polystyrene foam plate from rear side. It is used as for finishing of walls in any rooms, and for warming of walls from outer end of buildings. For this purpose it can be pasted to inside face of wall.
