This roll – just yum-yum. Quickly and easily prepares, and products are used the simplest.

It is required to you

  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 100 g of any hard cheese;
  • - 100 g of mayonnaise;
  • - 1 tablespoons of semolina;
  • - 300-350 g of chicken forcemeat;
  • - 2 big bulbs;
  • - salt, pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Mix in ware all ingredients, except forcemeat and onions. Well mix everything. Set aside mix for swelling of semolina.

2. Brown the chopped onions and crush it by means of the blender. Mix meat, the crushed onions and spices. Carefully knead forcemeat. Oil confectionery paper and pour out the received weight there. Bake omelet till its ruddy color in the warmed oven.

3. At emergence of ruddy color remove paper, and on a test surface evenly distribute forcemeat and roll in roll. Wrap up roll in a foil, put to be baked for 40 minutes in an oven.

4. You don't hurry to get a ready-to-eat meal from a foil, let all juice be absorbed in it. Cut roll with pieces, decorate with greens and give on a table.
