Squids are available at the price and simple seafood in preparation. They are well combined with various products - with rice, vegetables, noodles - and are suitable both for a holiday, and for a usual daily lunch.

Paella

This traditional Spanish dish demands considerable time for preparation, but the result will please you. In this recipe seafood and meat are successfully combined. Though the paella has rather high caloric content, such food isn't heavy for a stomach, and seafood will bring benefit to health at the expense of the content in them of iodine and other valuable minerals.

It is required to you: - 400 g of rice;

- 1 kg of mussels in sinks; - 1 cups of dry white wine; - 30 g of a desi; - 200 g of shrimps; - 200 g of sausage чоризо; - 200 g of fresh-frozen squids; - 100 g of the frozen green peas; - 300 g of chicken fillet; - 1 bulb; - 5 tomatoes; - 1 paprika; - saffron pinch; - olive oil; - salt and fresh ground black pepper.

If you don't have чоризо, replace it with an uncooked smoked sausage or add more chicken to a dish.

Wash up mussels. Put them in a pan together with a desi, fill in with wine and prepare until sinks open. Cut in cubes chicken fillet. In a frying pan warm olive oil and fry in it meat of 5 minutes. Postpone in a separate bowl. Scrape paprika seeds and partitions, cut straws. Crush the peeled onions. Fry in a deep frying pan of 7-8 minutes, and then add to vegetables rice and cut by circles чоризо. Fry, stirring slowly, still a couple of minutes. Drench tomatoes with boiled water, husk with them, and cut pulp and add to rice together with the crushed garlic and a saffron. Pour in the liquid which remained from preparation of mussels in a frying pan. also add 4 cups of warm water, salt, pepper, mix and prepare 25-30 minutes, having covered. In 10 minutes until the end of preparation put green peas, the squids cut by rings cleaned and boiled shrimps and also a half of the mussels schucked. Decorate a ready paella when giving with the remained mussels in sinks.

Squids with noodles in tomato sauce

It is required to you: - 500 g of squids; - 400 g of spaghetti; - 1 bulb; - 2-3 garlic gloves; - olive oil; - 3 tomatoes; - 1 tablespoons of sugar; - 1/2 cups of white dry wine; - 1 tablespoons of cognac; - 1 cups of sour cream; - salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Squids according to this recipe it is possible to give both with rice, and with boiled potatoes.

Peel onions and garlic and crush. Fry them in olive oil, then add the cut tomatoes, wine and sugar to a frying pan, salt, pepper. You stew sauce on average fire of 15 minutes. Squids cut rings. In a separate frying pan mix cognac and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, fry in this mix of a ring of a squid. Shift them with tomato sauce and prepare 5-7 more minutes. At the end of preparation add sour cream. Boil spaghetti in the added some salt water. Serve noodles with squids and sauce.
