It is required to you

  • - Cottage cheese (curds with cottage cheese) – 500 g
  • - Eggs – 4 pieces
  • - Sugar – 5 tablespoons
  • - Semolina – 5 tablespoons
  • - Vanillin

Instruction

1. We separate the yolks from the whites. We beat whites before formation of magnificent foam, using the mixer or the blender. We add a salt pinch.

2. We mix yolks together with sugar, vanillin. Then we add protein whips. Carefully we shake up everything the mixer or the blender. At the end we add semolina and vanillin (to taste).

3. We prepare the multicooker. We oil a bottom and walls any (sunflower, creamy) and we put the mode "Warming up" for 15 minutes.

4. While the multicooker is warmed, we prepare cottage cheese. Cottage cheese or curds need to be passed via the meat grinder or to wipe through a sieve. Then we add it to other ingredients. Carefully we shake up the received mix the mixer or the blender before formation of uniform consistence.

5. We distribute one tablespoon of semolina on a multicooker bottom. Further we add our "dough" in a bowl, we close a cover. We expose the mode pastries for 55 minutes, temperature of 160 degrees. Bon appetit!
