It is required to you

  • - 500 g of fat cottage cheese;
  • - 500 ml of milk;
  • - 200 g of cherry;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 70 g of a desi;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 5 tablespoons of semolina.

Instruction

1. Wet semolina in warm milk. Milk is better to take natural cow.

2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Remove proteins in the fridge until you prepare yolks. Add sugar to yolks. Kindle a desi, pour in yolks, carefully mix to a uniform state.

3. Add cottage cheese to an egg mixture, shake up the mixer or the blender. Add fresh pitted cherries.
