  • For six portions:
  • - 50 ml of a black rice vinegar;
  • - 50 ml of sesame oil;
  • - 2 cucumbers;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce.

Instruction

1. Wash out cucumbers, peel, cut with identical bars. On length the bars shouldn't exceed 7 cm, and that them will be difficult to be taken sticks, and eat this snack with them.

2. Mix sesame oil with a black vinegar, pour in a soy-bean sauce, mix.

3. Continue to cook marinade further: cut chili pepper with thin rings, add to marinade. Mix all components.
