Useful, fast most plain and available ingredients salad. It is possible to fill such salad with fresh sour cream or liquid yogurt, the new juicy dish will turn out.

It is required to you

  • - 100 g of chipped walnuts;
  • - 400 g of fresh cucumbers;
  • - 1 bulb of red color;
  • - 150 g is fresher than some mint greens;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 5 g of sugar;
  • - 20 ml of olive oil;
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Well wash out cucumbers in cold flowing water. Let's them dry a little. Sharp knife very thin pieces. It is possible to use a simple grater or the vegetable cutter. Shift cucumbers in a big glass bowl, season with a few salt and put in the fridge.

2. Wash out chili pepper, remove seeds and small cut in cubes. Wash out mint and suspend that it dried a little. Sort the dried-up mint on leaves, cut large leaflets on several parts.

3. Wash onions in cold water, clean and cut on two halves. Put for half an hour in the fridge. Small cut cold onions on half rings. Wash a lemon, clean and squeeze out lemon juice. Take a half of lemon zest and small cut.

4. Get cucumbers and add to them a lemon dried peel, mint, chili pepper. Sugar a little and water with lemon juice. Put in the fridge for half an hour, previously having covered densely.

5. Put walnuts in a ceramic mortar and a few potolkita. Before giving of salad cool it a little in the fridge and strew every portion with pounded walnuts. If you on a diet also avoid some greasy food, such salad can be not filled with oil or to replace it with low-fat yogurt.
