Gentle fast cutlets, will please also adults and children at the family or holiday table. It is possible to fill in with gravy or to give so – it will be tasty anyway!
It is required to you
- - 125 g of yogurt without additives;
- - 200 g of the Turkish peas (chick-pea) of dry;
- - 150 g of green peas;
- - one onion;
- - 20-30 g of any vegetable oil;
- - one egg;
- - 2 garlic gloves;
- - 45 g of croutons pounded;
- - 5 g of soda;
- - spices: coriander, salt, turmeric, pepper, кумин;
- - sweet paprika;
- - 20 g of fennel.
Instruction
1. In advance to wet in not boiled water with soda addition the Turkish peas, to leave for the night. Since morning to drain water, to put chick-pea in a pan and to cook to full readiness.
2. After cooking – to place chick-pea on a colander and to wash with boiled water, to leave to flow down.
3. To peel onions and garlic from a peel, to cut onions on several parts (3-5), to leave garlic tselenky cloves.
4. All – to place both the cut onions and the whole teeth of garlic, and the flown-down chick-pea in a deep pan and to shake up the blender to a condition of homogeneous mass.
5. Then there to add unsweetened yogurt, green peas, egg, croutons pounded, seasonings (black pepper and usual salt) pounded in a spice mortar (paprika sweet, a coriander, a turmeric, кумин), to mix carefully either the blender, or a simple spoon.
6. Wash up fennel and to cut, add very small to fast forcemeat and again carefully to mix everything.
7. Moist hands to roll cutlets. Warm a frying pan on the maximum fire, pour there oil and fry all turned-out cutlets. Instead of frying, it is possible to bake cutlets in an oven. Lay out everything on a beautiful dish, decorate at will.
