How to prepare shrimps in creamy sauce

The recipe for royal shrimps in creamy sauce with garlic is fast and light. Such dish can be served on a table both as snack for beer, and as a hot dish with various garnishes.

It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of royal shrimps
  • - 80 g of a desi
  • - 5-6 garlic gloves
  • - 300-350 ml of cream 40% fat
  • - 70 g of parsley
  • - 2 tsps of salt
  • - lettuce leaves
  • - 10 ml of lemon juice
  • - 20 ml of coconut milk

Instruction

1. Clean garlic and small crumble. Lay out it in the warmed frying pan together with butter and cream (instead of cream it is possible to use sour cream). Then add coconut milk, warm up, mix and leave sauce to cool down.

2. Shrimps clean from an armor and guts. Put to cook on slow fire, prepare 2-3 minutes. Lay out shrimps on other frying pan, add salt, carefully mix everything and you extinguish about 8 minutes.

3. While shrimps are stewed, cut small parsley. Add greens to contents of a frying pan and leave to pine on weak fire of 3-5 more minutes.

4. Ready shrimps lay out on a beautiful flat dish, water from above with garlic sauce and sprinkle lemon juice. Give hot on a table, having decorated a dish with lettuce leaves.
