Recipe of fresh-salted cucumbers

To salt cucumbers in the fast way, you will need the following ingredients at the rate on a 3-liter jar:

  • 2-3 tablespoons of salt;
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • fennel branch;
  • branch of parsley or celery;
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf;
  • garlic to taste.
