Construction of the house – the difficult process demanding knowledge and practice. Not everyone can do similar feat. The simplest option demanding time minimum is construction of the house from three-layer sandwich panels. And sandwich panel it is possible to make with own hands.

- Panels, heater, glue, press, knife, protecting cover.
Instruction
1. Decide on the choice of extreme layers sandwich panel. It can be galvanized steel, chipboard, alyutsink, plastic, OSB and even tree. The minimum thickness of each leaf has to be 60 mm. Any material has the minuses and the pluses. For example, the tree is more eco-friendly, but it is heavier to work with it, it is less durable and is more fire-dangerous. Galvanized steel does not burn, but can rust without special processing and is subject to deformations.
2. Choose heater which will be in the middle. As layer it is possible to use polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene, basalt fiber or mineral wool. Width of heater depends on for what purposes you build the building. If it is summer lodge, then filler can be 1-2 cm. If you are going to be in the built building even in winter season, then do filler more than 3-5 cm.
3. Apply protective layer on one of sides of each panel which will be at the edges. Select protection, proceeding from material of panels.
4. Let's dry out to panels. On it has to leave at least day. If you put several layers of protection (it becomes generally for panel boards), then increase time three times.
5. Apply glue on that side of the panel which you did not cover with protection. It is the best of all for Clay to use on polyurethane basis. Accurately put layer on the panel.
6. Apply glue on the second panel. Invert it and put on heater layer. Create the panel.
7. Put sandwich panel under press for 2 or 3 hours. The press has to be located on all surface of the panel.
8. Leave the ready panel for drying for 15-30 hours (everything depends on the used materials). Then sharp object cut off surplus of heater if those are available.
9. Cut out panels on sheets of the necessary form. Yours sandwich panel are ready!
