Fritters – probably one of the oldest dishes of a mobile dough so well familiar and loved by us since small years, and fritters with addition of yeast turn out even more tasty and even more magnificently. Especially any home-made jam or jam as well as possible will approach them.

- - 0.5 l of milk
- - lemon juice
- - 50 g of sugar
- - 350 g of baking flour
- - egg
- - 50 g of a fresh yeast
- - 60 g of a desi
- - baking powder, salt
- - 200 g of blackcurrant

- - 3 tablespoons of honey
- - icing sugar
- - sunflower oil
Instruction
1. Warm up milk a little, fill up in it sugar and add yeast, and then connect to all other components for doughing. Finally a thin stream enter the kindled desi, continuously stirring slowly with dough.
2. Set aside a bowl with the test to the warm place and wait when it increases by 1.5-2 times. Well warm a frying pan with sunflower oil, a tablespoon spread on it fritters with a diameter about 8 cm and bake on the one hand till golden color. When dough from below a little is roasted, put currant on fritters and accurately press it into dough.
3. Then turn fritters and redden the second party with berries. On each plate build a small tower from three fritters, having greased each layer with whole condensed milk. At will decorate your dish with the kindled honey, fruit and powder with icing sugar.
