Fruit cake jelly

Fruit cake jelly in two hours is cooked. Such useful delicacy will be to the taste to much and it consists of products available to all.

It is required to you

  • For eight portions:
  • - any fruit - 2 kg;
  • - gelatin - 30 g;
  • - fruit jelly - 2 pieces;
  • - sugar - to taste;
  • - food color on a knife tip.

Instruction

1. Fill in fruit jelly and gelatin with water according to the instruction, leave to bulk up.

2. Pour into a pan two liters of water, add the bulked-up gelatin with jelly, put sugar, dye, bring to the boil. Only don't boil! Cool to room temperature.

3. Wash out the chosen fruit, cut with pieces on the discretion (that in ready cake looked beautifully).

4. Pour in a form of a few jelly a layer in centimeter, put in the freezer for a couple of minutes.

5. Lay pieces of fruit on the stiffened layer, fill in jelly, again remove in the freezer. Repeat this procedure until fruit are laid out up to the end.

6. Remove fruit cake jelly for a couple of hours in the fridge. Before giving lower a form in hot water for a minute, then turn on a dish. Enjoy your meal!
