There is a wish for something cool and in the summer refreshing. The cold fruit punch made in watermelon will become decoration of your table. Beverage composition though includes alcohol, but drink turns out invigorating and a lung due to abundance of fruit.

It is required to you

  • On 10-12 portions:
  • - 1 big watermelon;
  • - 750 ml of white dry wine;
  • - 750 ml of a white semisweet wine;
  • - on 150 g of black and white grapes;
  • - 100 ml of a fruit liqueur;
  • - 100 ml of cognac;
  • - 2 apples;
  • - 1 peach;
  • - 4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - ice.

Instruction

1. Wash out fruit, dry them. Cut grape berries in half, remove stones. Peel apples from a core, cut with thin segments. Too remove a stone from a peach, cut with slices or cubes - it isn't so important.

2. Pour out the prepared fruit and berries in a deep bowl, fill in with cognac and 350 ml of white dry wine, mix, fill up sugar, remove for two hours in the fridge. Don't forget to freeze ice in advance. Too so far put the remained wine in the fridge - all components of cold fruit punch have to be cold.

3. Wash out big watermelon, dry up, cut off from it a lid. Get a spoon all pulp, remove sunflower seeds, and cut pulp into cubes. Shift the cooled fruit in empty watermelon, add watermelon pulp, pour in wine and any sweet fruit liqueur. Add ice cubes, mix.
