At the majority of store juice the period of storage makes from several months to one year whereas any fresh juice vanishes for several days. That not to allow it, producers add preservatives to juice or subject them to heating – temperature influence prolongs a period of storage, but destroys almost all remained vitamins. Nectar is a sugar syrup with addition of a small amount of a fruit concentrate. The amount of sugar in such drinks is huge and works great mischief to a human body. If to buy juice without addition of sugar, then he nevertheless is capable to bring small benefit – after all in it there is a small amount of vitamins. At the same time it is important to show consideration for the choice of drink. In structure there shouldn't be a sugar and also sweeteners – sucrose, aspartame, fructose, and the share of a concentrate has to make not less than 70%.

As a rule, quality juice differs in higher price as they are made of good ripe fruit which cost expensive.

It is even more useful to drink fresh juices – the packaged fresh juices which are stored several days. They usually are on sale in large supermarkets, but at their production preservatives and other additives can be applied too.
