I want to share tasty, and, above all - the useful recipe of candies from which teeth not only won't drop out, but also will become stronger-) Eat on health!

It is required to you

  • 0.5 kg. dates
  • 100 гр walnuts (it is possible peanut)
  • 300 гр powdered milk
  • Coconut flakes 1-2 packs
  • 1 banana (at will)

Instruction

1. We put dates in a bowl. We fill in them with boiled water for 10-15 minutes.

2. While dates mature in boiled water - we wash nuts and slightly we roast them in a frying pan without oil. Then we cut our nutlets (it is desirable more small), we remove any skins.

3. In a separate bowl we clean dates from stones. We cut dates.

4. We add powdered milk to the cut dates. We knead weight to uniformity.

5. We add nuts and the cut banana (it is possible a banana half). Without banana it is easier to roll balls, but with banana is more tasty.-)

6. We put before ourselves a cup with water (in water we moisten hands that our weight didn't stick to hands and we easily and quickly rolled candies); an empty cup for ready balls; a cup with coconut flakes

7. We moisten hands in water, we take a little our weight and we roll small balls. We roll the rolled balls in coconut flakes. Candies are ready!
