Without potatoes it is impossible to submit the menu of the modern person. Potatoes are used at preparation of soups, salads, casseroles, a garnish, etc. Festive feasts and simple fast don't do without potato.

It is required to you

  • wheat flour – 405 articles,
  • drinking water – 0.5 l,
  • onion – 2 pieces,
  • the yeast pressed – 50 g,
  • vegetable oil – 200 ml,
  • sugar sand – 5 tablespoons,
  • potatoes of-0.5 kg,
  • garlic – 3 segments,
  • green onions – 100 g,
  • salt - 2.5 tsps,
  • sprinkling pepper – 0.5 tsps.

Instruction

1. Knead dough in a deep bowl. Mix 1 teaspoon of salt with sugar. Connect a half of vegetable oil to this mix and mix about ½ glasses of flour. Then fill in a glass of boiled water in the received structure. Leave contents to cool down. Add yeast to warm weight, previously having crumbed them. Further pour in residue of warm water, mix. Enter the rest of a sifted flour, knead dough.

2. Wash potatoes, peel and boil. Having peeled onions cut on small cubes. Fry in the heated vegetable oil.

3. Mash ready potatoes, add to it onions the fried and cut green. Salt and pepper a black pepper.

4. From the test knurl not really big flat cakes. On each of them lay out potato forcemeat. Accurately distribute potato on a test surface, on edge make small sides.

5. In a frying pan warm oil, fry potato flat cakes from two parties to a golden shade.

6. Prepare mix from the squeezed-out garlic and vegetable oil. Grease with this weight ready flat cakes.
