  • - cottage cheese - 600 g;
  • - granulated sugar - 4 tablespoons;
  • - eggs - 2 pieces;
  • - flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • - semolina - 2 tablespoons;
  • - raisin - 50 g;
  • - vanillin - 1 bag;
  • - salt - 1 pinch;
  • - a desi for frying - about 100 g (half of a pack).

Instruction

1. Break eggs in a bowl, add to them sugar and by means of the mixer shake up before formation of air mass. In a small plateau fill flour, semolina and salt. Together well mix everything.

2. Here it is convenient to use soft cottage cheese. But if it with particles or granulated, grind it the submersible blender to a uniform state and shift to a frothed eggs with sugar. Carefully mix.
