Milk jelly — a useful dessert which isn't a shame for offering guests also. This dish can be full replacement of milk or kefir for those who don't love a dairy products. Decorated with fruit, berries or chocolate, it enjoys deserved love of children.
It is required to you
- — 500 ml of milk;
- — 2-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- — 25 g of gelatin;
- — vanillin.
Instruction
1. Wet gelatin in half of glass of cold boiled water, leave to bulk up for 30-40 min.
2. Boil milk, pour sugar and, stirring slowly, again bring it to the boil.
3. Cast away the inflated gelatin on a sieve, wring out water. Dissolve gelatin in hot milk, without bringing it to the boil, add vanillin to taste.
4. Cool a little received weight and filter through a frequent strainer.
5. Rinse with water of a mold and fill them with warm jelly. Let's cool down and remove in a cold spot.
6. Before giving dip for a second a mold into hot water, wipe a napkin. Cover it with a cold plate, quickly turn and, having slightly stirred up, take off a uniform.
7. Decorate a milk jelly with berries, fruit, grated chocolate, whipped cream or water with syrup.
