It is required to you

  • - 1 kg beef cuttings; - 300 g of prunes; - 3 tablespoons of sweet-sour ketchup; - 0.5 teaspoons of a coriander; - vegetable oil; - black sprinkling pepper; - salt.

Instruction

1. Wet prunes for 20-30 minutes. Drain water. A toothpick take out from it stones. Shake up the blender so that puree turned out. It is also possible to scroll prunes via the meat grinder.
