It is required to you

  • - kilogram of chicken legs (shin);
  • - three tablespoons of sour cream;
  • - mustard tablespoon;
  • - three-five garlic gloves;

  • - tablespoon of vegetable oil

Instruction

1. Well wash out chicken legs in cold water, put in a colander that excess water flew down.

2. Peel garlic, cut each segment on three-four parts. Make small cuts in chicken legs then accurately place garlic in these cuts (garlic will give to meat juicy aroma). On each leg it is necessary to make two-three cuts.

3. In a separate wide deep bowl mix sour cream and mustard, salt and pepper the turned-out mix. Put chicken legs in this weight, mix and let's stand at the room temperature of minutes of 20 then once again mix everything and remove in the fridge for about 10 minutes (It should be noted that when using dense sour cream the second time can be not mixed as sauce will turn out dense and won't flow down from meat). In total meat has to be pickled not less than half an hour.

4. Oil a clean baking tray vegetable and lay out on it chicken legs. Warm an oven to 210-220 degrees then place in it a form for 15-20 minutes (that is at 210 degrees time of baking of 20 minutes, at 220 - 15 minutes).

5. After time reduce furnace temperature to 170-180 degrees and continue to bake chicken legs even minutes 30. In five minutes prior to the end of cooking increase oven temperature to 210 degrees again.
