Pork in an oven – the simplest and effective dish which can be prepared with a minimum of expenses for 3-4 friends.

It is required to you

  • Pork on a stone or low-fat cutting (1.5 kg)
    • 5-6 garlic gloves
    • mix of pepper
    • spices
    • greens of parsley and cilantro
    • spicy adjika
    • food foil.

Instruction

1. We wash meat, slightly we salt, we rub with mix of pepper. We cut garlic gloves on 4 parts, by means of an edge of a knife we introduce garlic deeply in pulp. There it is possible to add kernels of a black pepper. Carefully we wrap meat in a foil so that juice didn't flow (we displace each seam and several times strongly we press), in 5-6 layers.

2. We warm an oven to 200 degrees. Meat can be put either on a lattice, or on a baking tray. We bake meat 1.5 - 2 hours, depending on meat weight (1 kg – 1 hour). It isn't necessary to check readiness by piercing by a fork, the foil layer will be broken, juice will flow out and there will be a lot of smoke, and even fire. If you doubt readiness – add 15-20 more minutes.

3. On reaching readiness we take out meat from an oven. It is necessary to do it extremely carefully, it is the is best of all by means of economic mittens ("tacks"). For convenient cutting it is better to place meat in deep ware (frying pan), in order to avoid spreading of juice on a table and all kitchen. Accurately we open with a knife edge a foil and we develop meat. By means of a fork and a sharp knife accurately we cut meat on thin pieces and we spread on a big dish.

4. We shift pieces of meat branches of parsley, cilantro or small segments of a lemon. On edge of a dish we add a little spicy adjika. We serve the smoking meat on a table, a baking plate enthusiastic exclamations of friends. Baked meat can be served as an independent dish, without a garnish. To meat it is possible to give house to salinity, sauces or a fresh vegetables.
